Grayling
Glomma River, Østerdalen

North of the city Elverum, there's lot of locations for big grayling. It's easyest to find grayling at low water in the autumn, but you then need a local guide to find the best places.

From mid-September to the end of October, you can experience superb dry-fly fishing for big grayling on sunny days.

Flies; attractor: Red Tag, Humpy, Adams, Grey Wulff and Kolzer Firefly. 
Flies, imitation: Superpuppa, Klinkenhamer, Weary Stone, Palmer Mosquito.
All in small sizes, 12-18(Mustad)

Guide to this fishing, strongly recommend c&r or a bag-limit of 3 fish.
