We are
haunted by waters!
Our philosophy is that you should use
your money for going fly fishing not spending all on
equipment.
Therefore we present this very affordable series of
rods; Mastery Reference
Series.
70-80% of the market price of modern fly rods, is marketing,
but we only offer these rods through our
web-site and network
and can offer top of the line at a very affordable price.
All rods are
4 pieces (good for travelling).
Specifications:
- High modulus graphite,
Toray T30,
equals the very best in the market,
thin and powerful blank.
Every rod is carefully built with a suitable action for the
fishing it's intended for. The blank is matt black and has
discrete
windings and the very best rings.
A couple of the
rods with parabolic action also!
- Grade AA cork handle;
two-handed rods:
American style handle.
- Nickel silver reel seats and exotic wood on the lighter

The Reference Series,
why the name?
The rods are measured and classified
according to the Common Cents System and stiffness/
action-angle are measured.
After measuring every rod, I label the rods, and this label has a
reference to the measurements published at this site.
The rods then become a reference with measured stiffness and
action-angle, you can compare other rods to. This also helps you
choosing the right rod from us.
Several internet sites and fly fishing magazines now test and
publish the measurements of rods in their rod reviews.
For 2-hand rods: stiffness of rod
multiplied by 0,13 gives you indication of headweight of line, when
choosing short-head(belly) spey lines as recommended for shorter spey rods.
